We manufacture a wide range of extruded rubber cords in various sizes (ranging from 1.5mm to 50mm dia) to meet the specific requirements of our customers. These cords can be manufactured from all types of rubber grades like Silicone, Viton, Nitrile, EPDM, etc. both in solid and sponge type as per the customer’s specification and the area of application.
Nitrile (NBR)
Our range of Nitrile cord in different diameters. Resistance to petroleum oils, minerals and vegetable oils. Suitable for most common alkalis and acids.
Viton (FKM)
Our range of FKM/Viton cord in different diameters FKM (Viton) cords offer an excellent resistance to wide variety of corrosive fluids at extreme temperatures.
EPDM
Our range of EPDM cord in different diameters Withstand atmospheric conditions; ozone, sunlight UV ageing, moisture, EPDM Rubber Cord is most suitable.
Silicon
Our range of Silicone cord in different diameters Extreme temperatures -40°C to +200°C. Good arc and carona resistance and electrical insulation properties.
Neoprene
Our range of Chloroprene sponge cord in different diameters. Neoprene sponge cords are ideal for outdoor use or applications requiring resistance to UV rays, air and ozone.

Advantages: High temperature resistance (-50C to +300C). Excellent resistance to oils, fuels, lubricants, atmospheric oxidation, sun and weather. Excellent compression set values at high temperatures. Good electrical & mechanical properties
